Advisory services
What kind of engagements do you take on?+
Enterprise transformation advisory across strategy and technology — cloud and data center modernization, data and AI platform strategy, FinOps and cost governance, delivery organization design, and executive advisory to CIO/CTO leadership teams.
Do you advise, or do you also deliver?+
Both. I have run multi-year, multi-vendor programs end to end as well as short advisory assignments where the client team delivers and I provide direction, governance design and executive challenge.
What size of organization do you typically work with?+
Large enterprises and their partners, typically with multi-region estates and portfolios in the multi-million dollar range. I have also helped smaller practices build delivery capability from a standing start.
Working together
How does an engagement usually start?+
With a 1:1 call to understand the situation and the outcome you need. If it looks like a fit, I follow with a short written view of the problem, the options and how I would approach it before any commitment.
How do you structure and price work?+
Most engagements are scoped either as a fixed-duration advisory retainer or as a defined assessment or program-direction assignment with clear deliverables and checkpoints. Pricing follows the scope; we agree it in writing before starting.
Can you work with our existing partners and vendors?+
Yes. Most of my programs have been multi-vendor. A large part of the value is establishing one governance model that keeps several delivery partners moving to the same plan.
Do you work remotely or on site?+
Both. I am based in Mumbai and have delivered across the US, UK, Europe and APAC. Governance forums generally run remotely, with on-site presence at key milestones where it makes a difference.

Which industries do you know best?+
Energy and utilities, BFSI, healthcare and insurance, pharma, telecom, manufacturing and the public sector — with over 22 years of delivery across those domains.
Which cloud and data platforms do you work with?+
Primarily AWS, with work across Azure, GCP and Databricks. On the data and AI side this spans lakehouse architectures, governed data platforms, ML and GenAI adoption, and the governance model that keeps them trustworthy.
What does a FinOps engagement look like in practice?+
It starts with visibility — attribution of spend to owners — then unit economics, forecasting discipline and an accountable governance forum. Optimization follows the operating model, not the other way around.
