Alok C Dalal is a Director and Enterprise Transformation Executive with over 22 years of experience spanning strategy and technology consulting, cloud, data, and AI. He specializes in executive advisory, transformation leadership, and practice building — helping enterprises move from ambition to measurable outcomes.
Across leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Capgemini, Minfy Technologies, and Huawei, Alok has led multi-million-dollar transformation programs for clients in banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail, and the public sector. His work covers cloud migration at scale, data platform modernization, AI adoption strategy, and operating-model redesign.
An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and SCMHRD Pune, Alok holds certifications across AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, PMI (PMP), and AI mastery programs. He writes regularly on LinkedIn about cloud, data, AI, and leadership, and speaks at industry forums and executive roundtables.
