  • Ran discovery, application dependency mapping and disposition analysis (6R) across all six sites.
  • Built the business case, wave plan and executive governance model with the client leadership team.
  • Directed consolidation, hybrid migration and automation with multi-vendor delivery teams.

What I took away

  • Disposition decisions hold only when the business case is owned jointly by IT and finance.
  • A single executive governance forum removes far more delay than additional delivery capacity.
  • Wave planning around application dependencies — not around sites — protects business continuity.
